My name is Chipsy Kura Chan and I'm a 20 years old amateur manga artist from Bavaria (Germany).
I'm a little Otaku and I like japanese fashion, alternative style, cute stuff and also dark ones. In short: my taste is very varying. (*´・ ｖ・) ♡
You can call me Chipsy (this name arised, because I liked potato chips so much).
My hair has quite every month an other colour.
I'm student of an art school in my little hometown and enjoy learning the base knowledge. There I can really be experimental and try new things out, improve my skills and dive into the magical world of art. My dream is to study next year graphic/visual kommunication design (maybe Nuremberg or Munich), because first of all I'm kinda a big fan of big cities, it would be near the place where my darling Max is working and the most important: I REALLY want to learn all this stuff there!
You can't imagine how expectful I am and just can't wait to start the art journey. Wuhuu!

Mein Name ist Chipsy Kura Chan, ich bin eine 20 jährige Manga Künstlerin und komme aus Bayern.
Ich bin ein kleiner Otaku und mag japanische Mode, alternativen Stil, süße Sachen aber auch düstere. Also kurz gesagt. mein Geschmack ist sehr vielseitig. (*´・ ｖ・) ♡
Du kannst mich gerne Chipsy nennen (der Name entstand, weil ich Kartoffel Chips so sehr mochte).
Meine Haare haben so ziemlich jeden Monat eine andere Farbe.
Ich bin Schülerin einer Kunstschule in meiner kleinen Heimatstadt und lerne dort sehr viele Grundlagen. Dort kann ich viel herum experimentieren, neue Sachen ausprobieren, meine Fertigkeiten verbessern und in die magische Welt der Kunst eintauchen. Mein Traum ist es nächstes Jahr Graphik/Kommunikations Design zu studieren (vielleicht in Nürnberg oder München), weil ich einerseits Großstädte mag, dazu wäre es außerdem in der Nähe der Arbeitsstelle meines Freundes Max und das wichtigste von allem: Ich möchte WIRKLICH all das Zeug dort lernen!
Ihr könnt euch nicht vorstellen wie erwartungsvoll ich bin und kaum warten kann bis das Studium mit allem Drum und Dran beginnt! Wuhuu!
The manga style catched me when I discovered Sailor Moon, Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne and other anime in TV at that time. The first drawing which I uploaded in the internet was in the year 2009 and since then I started to draw regularly til today.
If I should describe my artstyle I would probably use the words big eyes, tiny pointy nose, blushing cheeks, kawaii and/or sexy characters and neko girls. (I draw a lot of them. A lot.)
Den Gefallen am Manga Stil fand ich als ich damals Sailor Moon, Jeanne die Kamikaze Diebin und weitere Anime im TV entdeckte. Das erste Bild, welches ich im Internet hochlud, war im Jahr 2009 und seitdem begann ich so ziemlich jeden Tag regelmäßig zu zeichnen.
Wenn ich meinen Zeichenstil beschreiben sollte, dann würde ich sicherlich die Worte große Augen, kleine Punktnase, errötete Wangen, kawaii und/oder sexy Charaktere und Neko Girls nennen. (Ich zeichne oft welche. Sehr oft.)
Since I'm a student, I don't have a fixed salary. I'm depended on the money I make with my drawings so I wondered if I should try Patreon. Although I do a lot of drawing practices to get better and better, it is not enough to improve for example the printing quality of the products in my shop - that's why I need your financiall help!
★ I want to get a good printer, so I can offer you more highquality prints in the future,!
★ With a cutting board I would safe a lot of time cutting the big number of prints for you (and save my hands)
★ In the future I'll need an own scanner, after I'll get my own flat
★ I also have to invest in good inkjet and paper for my printer to make my prints look better
★ For my youtube videos and lifestreams I would love to buy a new camera/lifecam some time
★ As you might know art supplies are quite expensive so I would be glad if you support me
★ Going study and moving to another city will also cost a lot, but I'm really excited and can't wait!
Da ich ja Schülerin bin, kein festes Gehalt habe und von meinen eigenen Einnahmen, die ich mit meiner Kunst mache, abhängig bin, hab ich schon länger überlegt, ob ich mir nicht Patreon zulegen soll. Obwohl ich sehr viel übe um zeichnerisch besser zu werden, reicht das leider nicht um beispielsweise meine Drucke für mein Shop qualitativ zu verbessern - dafür benötige ich eure finanzielle Unterstützung!
★ Ich möchte mir einen guten Drucker zulegen, damit ich euch qualitv hochwertigere Drucke in Zukunft anbieten kann!
★ Mit einem Hebelschneidebrett würde ich viel Zeit sparen die Vielzahl an Drucken für euch zurechtzuschneiden (und meine Hand schonen)
★ In der Zukunft benötige ich einen eigenen Scanner, wenn ich aus dem Familienhaus ausziehe
★ Auch in Druckerpapier und -tinte muss man etwas investieren, damit meine Produkte besser werden
★ Für meine Youtube Videos und Lifestreams, würde ich mir irgendwann gerne eine gute Kamera bzw. Lifecam kaufen
★ Wie manche sicher wissen ist Zeichenmaterial teilweise echt teuer, weshalb ich mich freue, wenn ihr mir unter die Arme greift
★ Das Studium und der Umzug bzw. die Wohnung werden auch einige Kosten aufweisen, dennoch kann ich es kaum erwarten!
